IF HE/SHE:

  • Needs assistance with everyday tasks 

  • Is delayed in fine motor skills and gross motor skills

  • Has difficulty with sensory processing

  • Has a hard time with visual-perceptual coordination

  • Has trouble with toileting and hygiene

  • Struggles with self-help skills

  • Has a diagnosis of autism or other developmental delay
