Responsibilities:

• The day-to-day at CTS includes individual treatment sessions, evaluations, built-in documentation time, and time for collaboration with team members.

• We also emphasize and stress educating and empowering parents with strategies and techniques to reinforce therapy goals at home and in daily activities.

 

Requirements:

• Hold a current license for Physical Therapy in Texas. If out of state, you must be willing to obtain a TX License.

• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in an outpatient setting.

• A playful and imaginative approach to therapy, with the ability to transform everyday tasks into exciting adventures.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with children and their families.

• Knowledge of gross motor milestones, supervising, and adaptive equipment.

• Creativity, flexibility, and thinking outside the box to engage and motivate children.

• Passion for continuing education and staying updated on the latest research and advancements in pediatric physical therapy.

• Ability to supervise our amazing staff of Physical Therapist Assistants by maintaining productive communication across the department to ensure that all treatment plans effectively address each child's current goals.
