Uses or may benefit from braces or mobility equipment

Is recovering from an injury or surgery

Has limited range of motion or joint stiffness

Has poor posture or difficulty maintaining upright positions

Struggles with running, jumping, climbing, or keeping up with peers

Has low muscle tone, weakness, or stiffness

Walks on toes, has an unusual walking pattern, or tires easily

Has difficulty with balance, coordination, or frequent falls

Is delayed in rolling, sitting, crawling, standing, or walking
