-
The child is added to the Non-Compliance Flex list.
-
The child must attend at least 1 visit every 2 weeks for each therapy type.
-
The child will be discharged from therapy services if:
-
They fail to meet the minimum visit requirement
-
Additional attendance infractions occur within the current quarter

-
If you experience any difficulty using the app, call the office!
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a flex appointment?
-
All cancellations and reschedules follow the Attendance Policy Summary.
-
Late cancellations, last-minute reschedules, and no-shows still count as attendance infractions.
What happens if the minimum attendance requirement is not met?
-
If the child continues to have attendance issues while on the Non-Compliance Flex plan, they will be discharged from therapy services.
-
They are eligible to return to therapy after:
-
Completing a 90-Day probationary period
-
Caregivers attend the "Return to Therapy" meeting with a CTS Director
-
Can my child become eligible to return to a permanent schedule again?
Yes! To be eligible to return to permanent scheduling, your child must attend at least one visit per week for 6 consecutive weeks (per therapy type).
-
Note: Permanent spots are limited and offered based on availability and attendance consistency.
