• Children with Special Health Care Needs

2) AND have no access to other transportation.

 Steps to set up a ride to Children’s Therapy Solutions:
1. Schedule an appointment with Children’s Therapy Solutions

• Find scheduling availability on the Ocean Friends app or call our office

2. Call the number for your child’s health plan (see above):

• Must call to schedule at least 2 workdays before your appointment

• Phones are answered Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. local time.

• If the appointment location is outside your county, you'll need to call at least 5 days before the appointment!

3. When requesting a ride, you'll need to provide the following information:

• Your child’s Medicaid ID or Social Security number

• Name of the medical professional your child will be seeing

• Address and phone number of your appointment location

• Reason for the visit

  • Therapy type: Speech, Feeding, Occupational

• Date and time of appointment

• Any unique assistance needs (to ensure the correct type of vehicle is sent)

  • Examples: Uses a wheelchair or walker, need space for a double stroller

4. Provide affirmation that you do not have any other means of transportation
